The O.G. Pre-Workout, All-New Formula One of the great things about Kill It Pre-Workout is its flexibility. It’s always been and continues to be the perfect first pre-workout at one scoop. At this serving size, it's also the answer for lifters who prefer less caffeine. When you bump that up to two scoops per serving, we're looking at a more hardcore pre-workout!

Look at the formula. Kill It Pre-Workout still stands apart as one of the few pre-workouts containing creatine monohydrate. Now, there’s 325 mg of caffeine (with the 2-scoop serving). This outstanding pre-workout features an advanced combination of energy, pump, focus, endurance, and performance ingredients. Of course, they are precisely formulated to create a complete, balanced pre-workout. Many pre-workouts target either the pump or energy. Kill It Pre-Workout gives lifters a fully disclosed formula with flexible serving sizes. Finally, it tastes incredible, with two new flavors added to the lineup!

Product Breakdown 1 Scoop/2 Scoops

Pump/Power Blend

L-Citrulline - 2,500 mg / 5,000 mg Creatine Monohydrate - 1,250 mg / 2,500 mg L-Taurine - 1,000 mg / 2,000 mg HydroPrime® Glycerol Powder - 500 mg / 1,000 mg Focus, Endurance, & Energy Blend

Betaine Anhydrous - 1,250 mg / 2,500 mg Betaine also supports the body's production of creatine, thereby increasing strength and endurance.(7)

Beta-Alanine - 800 mg / 1,600 mg L-Tyrosine - 500 mg / 1,000 mg Caffeine Anhydrous - 150 mg / 300 mg Alpha GPC - 150 mg / 300 mg Caffeine Citrate (50% Caffeine) - 25 mg / 50 mg Toothed Clubmoss (1% Huperzine A) - 200 mcg / 400 mcg
Kill It Pre-Workout
Rich Piana 5% Nutrition Kill It is a pre-workout that uses lower Caffeine with more pump and performance ingredients thereby creating a complete all in one pre-workout.
When it comes to your pre-workout, you don’t want another product that is overloaded with stimulants yet offers little else. Kill It was created to give you enough energy and focus to push through your toughest workouts and at the same time power the pump as well as increase strength and improve performance. This makes Kill It a great first-time pre-workout as well as the right choice for bodybuilders that want less caffeine and more performance.
Creatine Blend – 1,500 mg
Leave it to Rich Piana 5% Nutrition to get this proven ingredient back in a pre-workout! The Kill It Creatine Blend combines Creatine MagnaPower®, Tri-Creatine Malate, and Creatine Pyruvate to promote maximum endurance and improved strength as well as increased cell-volume and it does it without gastric discomfort or bloating.
This is a trademarked form of Creatine that is bonded to Magnesium, an essential mineral required for nerve transmission and muscular contraction. This version improves Creatine’s absorption and utilization.
This is Creatine blended with Malic Acid for improved absorption. Malic Acid is part of the Kreb’s Cycle, a process that converts food into energy in the form of ATP which is the cellular energy that fuels your muscles when you work out.(1)
This version binds Creatine with Pyruvate, another compound that’s involved in the Kreb’s Cycle.(2)
This potent Blend is a combination of pump and performance enhancers using proven, branded ingredients.
This well-known ingredient works indirectly to buffer acid and reduce fatigue by increasing levels of carnosine in the working muscles thereby allowing you to push your reps and sets deep into the growth zone. Carnosine consists of the amino acids beta-alanine and histidine, occurs naturally in the body, and is one of the primary compounds that buffers acid buildup in the working muscles.(3)
Taurine seems to be in quite a few pre-workouts and energy drinks. Taurine is a conditionally essential amino acid found predominantly in the brain, heart, and skeletal muscles of the body. Taurine reduces the nerve impulses in the brain that increase blood pressure, thereby reducing resistance to blood flow. Additionally, Taurine acts to increase muscle cell volume by helping to draw water into the muscles.(4)
Agmatine is a metabolite of L-Arginine, an amino acid that’s the original nitric oxide booster. Agmatine increases nitric oxide levels indirectly because it inhibits arginase, the enzyme responsible for the breakdown of Arginine. This means longer and more "dense” pumps due to the extended nitric oxide effects.(5)
This is the most bioavailable form of Tyrosine available which means a smaller amount is all that’s required to get the job done. Tyrosine is a very popular cognitive enhancer that increases levels of the neurotransmitters noradrenaline and dopamine. Increased levels of these neurotransmitters improve mood and focus while relieving feelings of anxiety as well as stress.(6)
Similar to Beta Alanine, COPMax buffers lactic acid thereby increasing workout performance and endurance. Additionally, it’s thought to increase anaerobic glycolysis which is another aspect of the ATP muscular energy system.
There’s just enough Caffeine in Kill It to provide energy and focus without the jitters. We’ve combined it with Tyrosine and Rhodiola to create an effective but not overwhelming energy, focus, and alertness effect.
This is a version of the BCAA L-Valine. L-Norvaline works by inhibiting the enzyme arginase, the "shut off valve” for NO production in the body. If you inhibit this "valve” you can dramatically increase nitric oxide production.
This herbal extract is considered to be an adaptogen as well as a cognitive enhancer. Specifically, Rhodiola has been shown to relieve mental fatigue and increase motivation.(7)
MagnaPower Creatine – This patented ingredient consists of Creatine bound to chelated Magnesium to enhance Creatine absorption and improve ATP synthesis for increased muscular energy. AgmaMax Agmatine Sulfate – AgmaMax is the purest, highest quality version of Agmatine available. CarnoSyn Beta-Alanine – This ingredient holds 4 patents and is the most effective form of Beta-Alanine on the market with 55 studies supporting its use. COPMax Creatinol-O-Phosphate – A form of COP that utilizes a unique manufacturing process for maximum absorption and benefit.
","gtin12":"866629000070
https://siteimgs.com/10017/item/5-nutrition-kill-it-pre_2249-0.jpg
{"@type":"Offer
{"@type":"Product
5% Nutrition Reloaded Pre Workout Blue Raspberry - 20/40 Servings
5P152
Reloaded Pre-Workout The Ultimate Pre-Workout! New users may wish to assess tolerance with ½ scoop.*
Time-tested in the lab, in the gym, and on the field of competition, beta-alanine is the de facto choice for athletes of all kinds to stay stronger and last longer -- lifting more weight for more reps all the while delaying the onset of fatigue. Beta alanine helps blunt the accumulation of H+ ions (which left unchecked inhibit muscle contractions), enabling you to bang out more reps before requiring rest.*
Derived from L-arginine, agmatine is a unique molecule that acts as both a neurotransmitter/neuromodulator as well as a nitric oxide-support agent. More specifically, agmatine can help reduce the perception of pain (enabling you to push harder during training) and offer neuroprotection against glutamate toxicity. Agmatine also supports stronger, longer-lasting pumps by stimulating eNOS (the enzyme that catalyzes NO production) as well as inhibits arginase -- the enzyme that breaks down arginine (the “fuel” your body uses to produce nitric oxide).*
Tyrosine is an amino acid used to produce dopamine -- a critical neurotransmitter involved in mood, motivation, motor control and exercise performance. It’s also involved in the production of both T3 (triiodothyronine) and T4 (thyroxine) thyroid hormones, which affect metabolism. Intense training can deplete dopamine levels, leading to an increase in serotonin, which can accelerate the onset of fatigue. Supplementing with tyrosine promotes greater dopamine concentrations and also offers anti-stress/anti-fatigue benefits.*
Developed by Nutrition21, Nitrosigine is a fast-acting, premium NO booster that contains a highly bioavailable form of arginine, making it superior to other arginine supplements (e.g. L-Arginine, AAKG, etc.). Groundbreaking research conducted at the University of Arkansas demonstrated that 1,500mg of Nitrosigine was as effective as 8,000mg of CitrullineMalate.*
In addition to increasing nitric oxide, vasodilation and blood flow, which delivers more powerful pumps and increased vascularity, Nitrosigine also improves focus and helps reduce biomarkers of muscle fatigue following exercise.*
Choline is an essential nutrient for optimal CNS development and function, largely in part due to its role in synthesizing acetylcholine -- a highly-important neuro transmitter involved in learning, memory, focus, and the mind-muscle connection. Alpha GPC is among the most effective choline supplements on the market, readily crossing the blood-brain barrier and supporting acetylcholine production. Human studies have found that Alpha GPC supplementation before training can help increase maximum velocity and maximum power output as well as improve reaction time and vertical jump power.*
Caffeine is the consummate pre workout stimulant, rigorously investigated by researchers and utilized by athletes and gym rats around the globe to increase energy, boost focus, and power performance during tough workouts. In addition to antagonizing adenosine, caffeine also stimulates the release of dopamine as well as upregulates dopamine receptor availability and affinity. Supplementing with caffeine before exercise can improve strength, endurance, and reaction time while delaying the onset of fatigue.*
VILLAIN includes a precise blend of fast-acting and extended-release caffeine to power you during and after your workout, thus avoiding the dreaded “crash” common to most pre workout supplements.*
Adenosine triphosphate (ATP) is the cellular currency of energy production. Cells have limited stores of it, after which other substrates (creatine, glucose, fatty acids) must be utilized to continue powering energy production (and thus athletic performance). Developed by Future Ceuticals, elevATP is a game-changing blend of ancient peat and apple extracts shown to increase endogenous levels ATP in the body as well as improve strength, power, and performance in resistance-trained athletes. VILLAIN includes elevATP with Nitrosigine and beta-alanine, specifically, to offer athletes multiple means by which to lift more weight, train harder, and make greater gains!
Kelp is an excellent source of many critical micronutrients, including potassium, magnesium, iron, and iodine. Deficiencies in iodine can lead to thyroid deficiency, impairing metabolism and leading to fat gain. Beyond supporting thyroid health, iodine also functions as a potent scavenger of reactive oxygen species (ROS), which can enhance exercise performance.*
A powerful non-stimulant focus-enhancer, NeuroFactor is a proprietary extract of coffee fruit (different from coffee beans) that is rich in numerous polyphenols which have been found to boost levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) up to 143% from baseline and keep them elevated for two hours! BDNF is an important brain protein that impacts the growth, development and maintenance of neurons (brain cells), which supports greater focus, memory, and concentration.*
*These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
Trexler ET, Smith-Ryan AE, Stout JR, Hoffman JR, Wilborn CD, Sale C, Kreider RB, Jäger R, Earnest CP, Bannock L, Campbell B, Kalman D, Ziegenfuss TN, Antonio J. Because those that are worthy will discover themselves empowered with potent benefits such as:
Transformers® Energon

Enfinity® Paraxanthine Senactiv® VasoDrive-AP® L-Citrulline

Citrulline is a non-essential, non-protein amino acid that forms during the urea cycle and forms ornithine when combined with carbon dioxide. Citrulline is also a critical source of endogenous (natural) arginine, as it is rapidly and efficiently converted to arginine in the vascular endothelium and other tissues.

Citrulline’s benefits have been shown to be greater than its parent compound. While arginine undergoes direct hepatic (liver) metabolism through the enzyme arginase, citrulline bypasses hepatic metabolism entirely and it is delivered straight to the bloodstream. The result is that gut absorption and plasma (blood) bioavailability studies comparing citrulline and arginine have shown two things. First, citrulline is less readily destroyed and has greater absorption than arginine. Second, citrulline supplementation increases arginine levels more effectively than arginine supplementation itself.

This translates to promising results. For example, animal studies show a significant increase in anaerobic performance at a 250mg/kg/day serving of citrulline, while studies in humans implicate citrulline in both aerobic and anaerobic performance increases. As a critical part of the urea cycle, citrulline’s performance benefits are thought to be a result of its role in ammonia clearance. Citrulline is implicated in reducing the oxygen cost of muscle processes, along with increasing the rate of post-exercise ATP and phosphocreatine replenishment. As ATP and phosphocreatine are the body’s ‘exercise fuel,’ this may result in citrulline delaying time to exhaustion in aerobic and anaerobic exercise.

Beta Alanine

Carnosine is a bit of an odd duck: we know that it is crucial for muscle function, and that dietary sources of carnosine are essential, but we don’t know precisely how it works. Moreover, for decades, we had no idea how to increase intramuscular concentrations, as exogenous carnosine sources degraded in the body so fast as to be effectively useless.

Enter beta-alanine. Simply a different iteration of one of the amino acids that comprises carnosine itself (alanine), beta-alanine has proven to be the most effective means of significantly increasing intramuscular concentrations of carnosine – and therefore of promoting all of carnosine’s various beneficial effects on muscle performance. If that weren’t enough, beta-alanine has also demonstrated beneficial physiological effects independent of its parent compound. To understand why, though, we need to first understand some of the basics behind carnosine itself.

Carnosine, a cytoplasmic dipeptide synthesized from the precursors L-histidine and l-alanine, is present in high concentrations in skeletal muscle and plays a pivotal role as a “chemical buffer” in myocytes (muscle cells). It has long been known that carnosine concentrations are highest in glycolytic, rather than oxidative muscle fibers (roughly speaking, explosive vs., endurance muscle fibers, respectively), and thus long hypothesized that this amino acid is required for sustained performance during supramaximal exercise. Recent research demonstrates that carnosine exerts its physiological effects in long hypoxic (low oxygen) drives by functioning as a high-capacity pH buffer in skeletal muscle, preventing the pH ratio of plasma from dropping too low – and therefore preventing crucial pH-dependent processes such as protein synthesis from being inhibited by acidosis.

Despite its critical role in skeletal muscle anaerobic performance, intramyocellular synthesis of carnosine is rate-limited by the availability of l-alanine. Unfortunately, the majority of literature demonstrates that attempting to increase intramuscular levels of carnosine via either direct carnosine or alanine supplementation is largely ineffective due to carnosine/alanine pharmacokinetics. Enter beta-alanine. Research with beta-alanine demonstrates consistent and dose-dependent increases to intramuscular carnosine concentrations with beta-alanine supplementation, with certain studies showing an increase of 40-60% with chronic administration. These same literatures reveal a synergistic effect of exercise on beta-alanine supplementation, whereby the muscle adaptive changes associated with resistance training promote further intramuscular carnosine production in response to beta-alanine supplementation.

In simpler language, this essentially means that beta-alanine is a dietary supplement that promotes its own effects in combination with exercise. As you exercise, you simultaneously intensify beta-alanine’s physiological actions – both directly, as well as in the production of intramuscular carnosine. Once ingested, beta-alanine’s exercise-specific beneficial activity is well-established. Elevation of intramuscular carnosine content via beta-alanine supplementation has been shown to improve performance in the following ways.

Both acute and chronic increases in total work capacity, measured by total volume during exercise sessions. In total, a significant body of research exists to suggest that beta-alanine may significantly increase muscle power output, strength, training volume and output, overall performance in hypoxic (oxygen-deprived) conditions and peak VO2 max (oxygen holding capacity).

These myriad benefits make beta-alanine both one of the most-studied, and most well-rounded dietary supplements. Beta-alanine not only has direct, actionable physiological effects, but also promotes critical muscle physiologic adaptations that promote its own effects.

Betaine Anhydrous

Betaine (trimethyl glycine) is found naturally in most living organisms. It is well known to protect non-mammalian animal life in conditions of osmotic stress (a rapid change in the amount of solute surrounding a cell), in addition to functioning as an osmolyte in mammalian (including human) tissues. Betaine is formed in cells as an oxidation product of choline and can be obtained in the diet from foods such as spinach and beets.

Though data on betaine is limited, and recent, the available literature suggests that this compound may have effects in a few areas. Studies on betaine using servings as little as 1.25g/day and up to 5g/day for up to 14 days have shown promising results. In one study, a 2.5g/day serving was found to enhance endurance and total repetition volume for the squat, bench press, and jump squat in healthy-exercised trained adults. A similar study using the same serving found that betaine use increased peak power and maximum peak power, along with force and the maintenance of both force and power in healthy, exercise-trained subjects.

Perhaps more interesting, however, is a study which examined betaine’s effect on the endocrine system. This study revealed that betaine may exert an effect on several endocrine processes given the proper conditions, causing the authors to hypothesize that long(er) term betaine supplementation may increase the hypertrophic response to resistance training.

N-Acetyl L-Carnitine

L-carnitine is a derivative of the amino acid lysine and, as certain conditions outpace the body’s ability to produce it, l-carnitine is considered a conditionally essential amino acid. While endogenous biosynthesis of l-carnitine from the amino acids lysine and methionine is sufficient for essential processes – along with dietary sources of carnitine from protein-rich red meat, for example – dietary supplementation of carnitine may pose benefits in certain physiological conditions.

Unfortunately, due to excess metabolism of l-carnitine by microorganisms in the small intestine, exogenous supplementation with oral l-carnitine has proved ineffective. ALCAR, an acetylated version of l-carnitine, has considerably higher oral bioavailability, due likely to only partial hydrolytic metabolism. Once in the bloodstream, ALCAR plays a fundamental role in the production of energy, acting as the catalyst for the beta-oxidation of long chain fatty acids by the mitochondria; regulating the CoA to Acyl-CoA ratio (necessary for the production of ATP); and the metabolism of carbohydrates. ALCAR also is an excitatory agent for neurons, increases neuronal transmission, and increases the production of neurotransmitters and neurohormones such as dopamine and serotonin.

Enfinity® Paraxanthine

Caffeine is widely known as being the world’s most popular dietary supplement ingredient. It provides energy and wakefulness through a process of inhibiting phosphodiesterase and adenosine. What most people don’t know however is, is that caffeine is made up of three powerful metabolites one metabolized by the liver, Theobromine, Theophylline, and Paraxanthine. Paraxanthine is the star of the show here as it does a large majority of the heavy lifting for caffeine’s felt effects, such as lipolysis, as well as the actual dopamine upregulation and feel-good effects we experience when taking caffeine. Paraxanthine also has stronger binding potencies for adenosine as well as can increase processing speed, improve response time, and promote more sustained attention during activities.

One of the most attractive qualities about paraxanthine is that it has a substantially shorter half-life than both theophylline and theobromine. At 3.1 hours, it’s less than half of the half-life, which leads to caffeine’s general half-life being around 4.1 hours. The one thing about caffeine in general is that its metabolism varies across genetic and ethnic distributions, so not everybody is going to react the same to the same amount of caffeine at the same time taken. In fact, there are fast, medium, and slow metabolizers of caffeine. From person to person, this can mean that caffeine’s half-life can vary anywhere from 1.5-10.5 hours. However, some research has shown that caffeine clearance can vary as much as 40x between consumers. What anecdotal evidence shows when all these individuals ingest paraxanthine, is that it leads to a much smoother and consistent experience for everyone. The shorter half-life works great for slow metabolizers too, especially without them having to worry about the consequences of theobromine and theophylline lingering around. Although studies on paraxanthine are preliminary, the evidence thus far points to the substance being a reliable replacement to traditional caffeine for those who are widely affected by caffeine’s addictive and often negative side effects.

VasoDrive-AP® (Isoleucyl-prolyl-proline (IPP) and Valyl-prolyl-proline (VPP) (from hydrolyzed milk casein)

VasoDrive-AP® is a proprietary ingredient derived from fermented casein. The fermentation process produces two lactotripeptides, Valyl-Prolyl-Proline (VPP) and Isoleucyl-Prolyl-Proline (IPP). Based on the available clinical evidence, these tri-peptides work together to reduce angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE).

In a recent meta-analysis researchers found 30 studies – all of which were randomized and some of which were double-blind – wherein Valyl-Prolyl-Proline (VPP) and Isoleucyl-Prolyl-Proline (IPP), either alone or in combination, exerted a statistically significant effect on improving endothelial function. In one of the analyzed studies, 25 men were challenged with casein hydrolysate standardized for tri-peptides in a randomized and placebo-controlled design. At the conclusion of the study, forearm blood flow, a key measure of endothelial function, was found to be increased by 33%. The researchers in this and other studies demonstrate that the tri-peptides that constitute VasoDrive-AP® exert an inhibitory effect on ACE. ACE, in turn, is a critical component of the renin-angiotensin (RAS) system, which regulates hemodynamics by controlling plasma fluid volume. While the precise mechanism has not been elucidated, researchers believe that the lactotripeptides in VasoDrive-AP® competitively inhibit ACE, thus decreasing the metabolism of bradykinin and systematically dilating the arteries and veins.

Cognizin® Citicoline

Choline is an essential nutrient involved in numerous metabolic pathways, including DNA regulation and repair, protein function, and metabolism. Perhaps most importantly, the critical neurotransmitter acetylcholine is produced directly from free choline via cholinergic neurons. Acetylcholine is then responsible for several functions itself, most crucially as the compound which induces muscular contraction, and as the neuromodulator partially responsible for modulating risk/reward, arousal, and enhancing memory.

Choline’s essential role as a substrate for acetylcholine, and therefore brain development, is well documented in animal models. These studies demonstrate that levels of free maternal choline have a direct and fundamental impact on prenatal brain development, with the enhancements or deficits lasting into adulthood. Choline’s enhancing effect is particularly prominent in the hippocampus. In humans, the hippocampus is primarily involved in the consolidation of memory (taking short, episodic memory and translating it into long-term memory) and the learning of new information. Acetylcholine is a critical component in these processes, as mentioned above, and choline may therefore play a potential role in these processes as well by providing the substrate for acetylcholine synthesis.

Citicoline (Cytidine 5’-diphosphocoline), also known as CDP-choline, is a potentially superior form of choline due to its ability to cross the blood brain barrier. In fact, most studies with neurological or nootropic effects used this form. In that regard, studies in otherwise healthy, normal adults demonstrated meaningful and statistically significant impacts on working memory, recall, and attention. We have chosen to use the clinically tested, Cognizin®, in this premium formula as our primary choline source. Unlike other synthetic stimulants that can cause a rapid decline in effectiveness after an initial burst of energy, Cognizin® can offer critical nutritional support for the brain that can help support needed focus and attention.

Senactiv® (Panax notoginseng (Root) & Rosa roxburghii (Fruit))

Senactiv®, derived from extracts of Panax notoginseng and Rosa roxburghii, has been shown to act in a few pathways to reenergize and rejuvenate cells within the body that take a beating daily. Ultimately this product falls within a category known as senolytics, or compounds that primarily work to induce cell death. This may not sound ideal as we need our cells to function, but the key is to ensure that these compounds are working on the right kinds of cells. The human body does contain many senescent cells, which are old cells and can deteriorate. How these senolytics work to promote health is by speeding up the breakdown of these older cells as well as encouraging the grow of new, vibrant cells. The other benefit of Senactiv® and its ingredients is its ability to protect against muscle damage. Ginseng has been shown to help reduce the proinflammatory state that is associated with rigorous training. Where this is going to benefit is to reduce inflammation and jumpstart the recovery process of torn down muscle fibers so these cells can begin to scar and grow stronger. The other benefit that ginseng has been able to show is it has been shown to improve VO2 max by about 20% when compared to a control group in studies. This improvement can significantly improve oxygen uptake to increase delivery to muscle cells for the ability to push harder and longer.

On another angle of recovery, Senactiv® has been shown to improve the rate of glycogen storage after exercise. When glycogen can be stored efficiently post exercise it could attenuate the structural damage associated with training by allowing those carbohydrates and sugars to go towards recovery.

Senactiv® is a unique blend of ingredients but with sound research and application behind but with its benefits towards improved cell regeneration, VO2 max, and recovery, it is a great addition to this hydration product.

Huperzia serrata Extract (1% Huperzine A)

Huperzia serrata is a compound found in the plant families of Huperziaceae, Lycopodiaceae, and Selaginella and is endemic to China. The Lycopodium alkaloid Huperizine-A, found in UNMATCHED DISSIDENT, was first isolated from a folk medicinal preparation in 1984.

Due to the potent anticholinesterase activities of Huperzine A, the compound has been evaluated in numerous in vitro, in vivo, and human trials. These data suggest that Huperzine’s Ache activities are most potent in the cortex, hippocampus, and striatum (at least in rats) – key regions in the brain responsible for forming, coordinating, and recalling memory. These effects are assisted by Huperzine A’s high oral bioavailability. Studies using microdialysis technique in rats, for example, showed that the response to Huperzine A was dose-dependent and substantially lowered the level of ACh in cortex.

Huperzine A has also shown promise in humans. Used as a reversible inhibitor of acetylcholinesterase, Huperzine A has shown positive benefits on cognition and as a therapy for individuals suffering from Alzheimer’s Disease. This is partly due to its inhibitory factors on acetylcholine but also its neuroprotective properties. In another study on memory and learning performance, 34 pairs of middle school students complaining of memory inadequacy were given a small dose of Huperzine A. The students were then match paired along several vectors and provided tests on working memory. The results of this study exhibited that HupA markedly improved the memory function of adolescent students.

It's been a popular and established part of our pre-workout lineup for quite some time - until we decided to shake things up. Now, it’s more hardcore than ever!

L-Citrulline is a non-essential alpha-amino acid that the body converts into l-arginine, which stimulates nitric oxide (NO) production for huge pumps. The key here is that arginine does not absorb as well as citrulline, which bypasses digestion and goes right to the bloodstream. In effect, citrulline does a better job of increasing arginine levels in the blood than arginine itself. (1,2)

Kill It has always contained creatine. That demonstrates the kind of forward-thinking Rich Piana had towards this pre-workout. Too many companies make “creatine-free” pre-workouts when in fact creatine is one of the most effective supplement ingredients on the market. It’s the original cell volumizer, plus it extends endurance and improves strength.(3)

Technically, taurine is a non-proteinogenic amino-sulfonic acid. That simply means it has a different structure than typical amino acids and is not a “building block” of protein. So what does taurine do? It has cognitive benefits and acts as an osmolyte. That means it pulls water into the muscle cells which increases muscle cell volume (water-based pumps). It supports creatine, glycerol, and betaine in this process.(4,5)

Glycerol is a somewhat newer supplement ingredient that has taken the supplement market by storm. That’s for good reason. It’s a powerful osmolyte that hyper-hydrates the muscles and improves exercise endurance. In Kill It Pre-Workout it works synergistically with taurine, creatine, and betaine. Plus, we aren’t using some generic version, we’re using HydroPrime®, a state-of-the-art branded version.(6)

Betaine can be found naturally in beets. It is the amino acid glycine with three methyl groups attached. It’s on the list of newer supplements and has become a standard pre-workout ingredient. Why? Because betaine is an osmolyte. See where we’re going with this formula?

Beta-alanine is a non-proteinogenic amino acid that combines with histidine, another amino acid, to form the dipeptide carnosine. By increasing carnosine levels, beta-alanine indirectly promotes training endurance by blocking acid buildup in the muscles. However, beta-alanine causes a temporary and harmless tingling and itching sensation. For this reason, we used a smaller but still effective dose. This gives lifters fewer tingles while still extending endurance.(8,9)

This amino acid is involved in creation of neurotransmitters dopamine and norepinephrine. Dopamine plays a key role in the brain’s reward system, which controls desire, motivation, and cravings. Norepinephrine helps the body and the brain prepare for action, or the “fight or flight” response. It also supports alertness, attention, and memory.(10,11)

We all know how effective caffeine is, right? Caffeine anhydrous is caffeine with all the moisture removed. This results in a more concentrated caffeine powder. Now Kill It Pre-Workout gets serious with a stronger dose of caffeine (when you use 2 scoops).

Alpha-glyceryl phosphoryl Choline is a type of fat that contains high amounts of choline. That's a B vitamin that helps maintain cell membranes. It’s also used to make acetylcholine, the “learning” neurotransmitter. It has a primary role in regulating brain function and muscle control.(12,13)

Caffeine citrate is a fast-acting form of caffeine. 50% of the total dose is caffeine, for that reason, it’s combined with caffeine anhydrous and brings the total caffeine content to 325 mg for 2 scoops. What if you don’t want that much? Easy - 1 scoop gives you 162.5 mg of caffeine.

This ingredient enhances focus and indirectly increases levels of acetylcholine, which means it works with Alpha GPC to improve cognitive function.(14)

","gtin12":"850054547217
https://siteimgs.com/10017/item/killit-fruitpunch_1732127985-0.jpg
{"@type":"Offer
{"@type":"Product
5% Nutrition Kill It Pre Workout Lemon Lime - 30 Servings
5P036

This is the ultimate pre-workout, capable of delivering that performance to help train through the toughest sessions. This pre-workout formula is for extreme energy, ultra-sharp focus, huge pumps, improved endurance, increased strength, and the fabled mind-muscle connection.

Introducing Reloaded, the next evolution in 5% Nutrition pre-workouts. A popular member of our lineup, Reloaded has now been enhanced to be more hardcore than ever, setting it apart from the rest.

L-Citrulline – 4,000 mg / 8,000 mg
L-Citrulline is a non-essential amino acid that, once digested, converts into l-arginine. That's key because arginine is the compound used by the body to stimulate nitric oxide (NO) production. Of course, that means Citrulline promotes huge pumps! The thing is, Citrulline absorbs much better than arginine. That's because Citrulline bypasses digestion and instead goes right into the bloodstream. The result is that it does a better job of increasing arginine levels in the blood than arginine itself. (1,2)

Glycerol is a newer ingredient that has taken the supplement market by storm. That is no surprise since it's a powerful osmolyte that hyper-hydrates the muscles, promotes massive water-based pumps, and supports extended endurance. In Reloaded, it works synergistically with Creatine and Taurine. As expected, 5% does not use a generic version; we're using HydroPrime®, a state-of-the-art branded version. (3)

This is a patented complex consisting of arginine, potassium silicate, and inositol that promotes nitric oxide production. It's fast-acting and typically goes to work within 30 minutes of ingestion. Plus, it can extend the pump for up to 6 hours – no wonder Reloaded gives lifters muscle-stretching pumps. (4)

Beta-Alanine – 1,000 mg / 2,000 mg
Beta-alanine is a non-proteinogenic amino acid, which means it is not involved in creating protein. It combines with the amino acid histidine to form carnosine, a dipeptide. Beta-alanine blocks the buildup of lactic acid indirectly by increasing levels of carnosine. This supports greater training endurance. However, Beta-alanine causes a harmless, temporary tingling and itching sensation that some lifters do not like. For this reason, we used a smaller but still effective dose. This gives lifters fewer tingles while blocking acid buildup and promoting extended endurance. (5)

Technically speaking, Taurine is a non-proteinogenic amino-sulfonic acid. Whew, that's a mouthful, right? That means it has a different structure than typical amino acids and, like Beta-alanine, is not a protein "building block." So what does it do? Among other benefits, Taurine enhances cognitive function and acts as an osmolyte. That means it pulls water into the muscle cells, which increases muscle cell volume (water-based pumps).

L-ornithine is an amino acid that is used in the urea cycle. Its job is to remove excess ammonia from the body. It's non-essential, meaning the body can make it. In fact, the liver cells produce L-Ornithine from the amino acid arginine. As you might recall from learning about L-Citrulline, arginine promotes nitric oxide production. This means bigger pumps! Arginine also supports the body's natural production of Creatine. In addition, it can help reduce fatigue levels by eliminating excess ammonia, supporting improved endurance. Finally, it may also stimulate growth hormone production, leading to gains in size and strength.(6)

Creatine Monohydrate – 2,250 mg / 4,500 mg
Reloaded is one of a few pre-workouts that contain Creatine. That demonstrates the innovation of 5% Nutrition, unlike those other companies that don't see the benefit of Creatine in a pre-workout. They don't include it in their pre-workout when the reality is that Creatine is one of the most effective ingredients lifters can use. It's the original cell volumizer, which means water-based pumps. Plus, among many other benefits, it extends endurance and improves strength.(7)

This combines regular Creatine Monohydrate and Citric Acid, part of the Krebs Cycle. The body uses that energy system to convert food into ATP, the muscles' energy source. This combination supports greater endurance from ATP production.(8)

This ingredient combines Creatine and Pyruvate, a blend that supports endurance, power, and exercise velocity. This combination also helps lower fatigue.(9)

Choline Bitartrate – 500 mg / 1,000 mg
This is one of the more popular forms of Choline, and it's used in quite a few pre-workout and nootropic formulas. Choline is often included as part of the B vitamin family. It's a precursor to acetylcholine, known as the "learning neurotransmitter." Additionally, it's known as a focus enhancer.(10)

This is a medicinal mushroom used in traditional Chinese medicine. It supports cognitive enhancement and has neuroprotectant properties. It may also enhance motivation and memory.

Alpha-glyceryl phosphoryl Choline (also known as Alpha GPC) is a type of fat that contains high amounts of Choline. This form of Choline helps maintain cell membranes and makes acetylcholine. It also has a major role in regulating brain function and muscle control.(11)

Huperzine A elevates focus and indirectly increases acetylcholine levels. This means it works synergistically with Alpha GPC and Choline Bitartrate to improve cognitive function.(12)

Caffeine Anhydrous – 150 mg / 300 mg
Caffeine is a very effective stimulant. Caffeine Anhydrous is Caffeine with the moisture removed. This results in a fast-acting, concentrated Caffeine powder.

This version of Caffeine is also fast-acting. 50% of the total dose is Caffeine. It’s combined with citrate to enhance absorption.

This is a branded form of Caffeine that is combined with malic acid. This slower-release Caffeine helps tame the quick off-the-line kick of the other forms of Caffeine in this outstanding formula. At 1 scoop, Reloaded provides a respectable 180 mg dose of total Caffeine. It gets hardcore quick with a stronger 360 mg dose if you use 2 scoops.

","gtin12":"850006755462
https://siteimgs.com/10017/item/reloaded-br-front_1739382403-0.jpg","https://siteimgs.com/10017/item/5percent-reloaded_1739382408-0.jpg
{"@type":"Offer
{"@type":"Product
5% Nutrition Reloaded Pre Workout Frostbite - 20/40 Servings
5P153

This is the ultimate pre-workout, capable of delivering that performance to help train through the toughest sessions. This pre-workout formula is for extreme energy, ultra-sharp focus, huge pumps, improved endurance, increased strength, and the fabled mind-muscle connection.† All-new formulation and new Wildberry flavor.
