Shipping Rates, Delivery Times, Tracking & Cutoff Times

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost depends on weight, destination, and carrier method. During checkout, you’ll see available UPS and USPS shipping options and the total delivered price before you place your order.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses?

Yes. Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, DPS Nutrition does not offer international shipping.

Can I change the shipping address after my order ships?

Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. If you need help, contact customer service as soon as possible.

Freight Forwarders & Reshipping Services

DPS Nutrition does not ship to freight forwarding companies, reshipping services, or third-party package consolidation facilities. Orders placed using such services may be canceled at our sole discretion.

Orders associated with known freight forwarding addresses may be automatically canceled.

If a customer chooses to use a freight forwarder or third-party reshipper after delivery to the address provided at checkout, DPS Nutrition is not responsible for loss, damage, delays, or non-delivery occurring after the package has been confirmed delivered by the carrier to the original shipping address.

Use of freight forwarding services may void eligibility for refunds, replacements, or claims related to non-receipt. We reserve the right to refuse future orders associated with freight forwarding addresses.


Returns, Refunds & Return Authorization (RMA)

What is your return policy?

  • Return authorization required: Please contact us for a return authorization number before sending items back.
  • Return window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Shipping charges: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Opened merchandise: We cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If there is an issue, contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve it quickly.
