L-Citrulline - 2,500 mg / 5,000 mg
L-Citrulline is a non-essential alpha-amino acid that the body converts into l-arginine, which stimulates nitric oxide (NO) production for huge pumps. The key here is that arginine does not absorb as well as citrulline, which bypasses digestion and goes right to the bloodstream. In effect, citrulline does a better job of increasing arginine levels in the blood than arginine itself. (1,2)

Creatine Monohydrate - 1,250 mg / 2,500 mg
Kill It has always contained creatine. That demonstrates the kind of forward-thinking Rich Piana had towards this pre-workout. L-Taurine - 1,000 mg / 2,000 mg
Technically, taurine is a non-proteinogenic amino-sulfonic acid. That simply means it has a different structure than typical amino acids and is not a “building block” of protein. So what does taurine do? It has cognitive benefits and acts as an osmolyte. That means it pulls water into the muscle cells which increases muscle cell volume (water-based pumps). Beta-Alanine - 800 mg / 1,600 mg
Beta-alanine is a non-proteinogenic amino acid that combines with histidine, another amino acid, to form the dipeptide carnosine. By increasing carnosine levels, beta-alanine indirectly promotes training endurance by blocking acid buildup in the muscles. However, beta-alanine causes a temporary and harmless tingling and itching sensation. For this reason, we used a smaller but still effective dose. This gives lifters fewer tingles while still extending endurance.(8,9)

L-Tyrosine - 500 mg / 1,000 mg
This amino acid is involved in creation of neurotransmitters dopamine and norepinephrine. Dopamine plays a key role in the brain’s reward system, which controls desire, motivation, and cravings. Caffeine citrate is a fast-acting form of caffeine. 50% of the total dose is caffeine, for that reason, it’s combined with caffeine anhydrous and brings the total caffeine content to 325 mg for 2 scoops. What if you don’t want that much? Easy - 1 scoop gives you 162.5 mg of caffeine.
