Glycerine – 10,000 mg
This is also known as glycerol. This very popular ingredient is a sugar alcohol that functions as an osmolyte. It holds water and carries it into the muscle cells. Promoting water-based pumps works together with taurine, betaine, and the 2 nitric oxide boosters to create amazing pumps. It also promotes extreme hydration.
