Suggested use:
Fade out is an extremely powerful sleep and recovery formula. Assess your tolerance by taking (1⁄2) scoop 30 minutes before bed. Once your tolerance is assessed mix (1) scoop with 4-6 ounces of water on an empty stomach 30 minutes before bed. Do not exceed (1) scoop in a 24-hour period. Allow for at least 6-8 hours of sleep after use.
