Take 2 tablets once daily with food. Best results obtained with continuous use.
Do not use this product while taking any prescription drug without the advice of your prescribing physician. Avoid excessive exposure to UV radiation (e.g. sunlight, tanning) when using this product. And never take Happy Pills or any other formulation if you're already using prescription antidepressants or anti-anxiety drugs.
